When and where is Bitcoin Hong Kong 2026?
August 27th - 28th, 2026 (Thursday & Friday)

Helpful Notes for Guests:
- The main entrance is at Harbour Road.
- If arriving by MTR, the nearest station is Wan Chai Station (Exit A5), followed by a 10-minute walk via the covered footbridge.
- If coming by ferry, the Wan Chai Ferry Pier is a short walk away.
- Taxis and rideshares can drop off at the Expo Drive entrance

(Cross Streets: Expo Drive Central and Convention Avenue– Just a 1-2 minute walk to the main entrance!)

- Hourly: HK$29 per hour
- Prepaid Whole Day Parking: HK$220 (valid from 00:00 to 23:59 with multiple entries allowed)

Can I bring a camera?
At our conference, which welcomes attendees of all ages, not all participants may wish to appear in photos.
We kindly ask that you use cameras and cellphones with this mindset.
Passes & Registration
What is Early Check-In and Registration?
Early Check- In lets attendees pick up their official conference wristband on-site before the event starts.
If an attendee decides to check-in early, they'll already have their wristband and can head straight into the conference without waiting in the main check-in line on Day 1.
Registration also happens on-site and usually available an hour before the conference begins.
At both, attendees will scan their e-pass at Check- In area and in exchange they'll receive an official conference wristband, which is needed for entry and access to all days of the event.
Exact times for both Early Check- In and Registration will be shared closer to the conference, so please check back on this page or keep an eye on your email for updates.
Where is my official pass?
Your official pass will be issued as an e-pass (QR code), and emailed to you approximately two weeks before the conference. Please present it on your phone (or bring a printed copy, if preferred) at on-site Registration.
After scanning your e-pass, you will receive an official conference wristband, which is required for entry and provides access to all conference activities on both days.
What type of payments are accepted to buy a pass?

As the all-inclusive VIP experience at Bitcoin Hong Kong, each Whale Pass is valid for one (1) individual entry to the Conference events (including Whale Night).Who is the General Admission Pass ideal for?
The General Admission pass is for anyone curious or passionate about Bitcoin!
Experiences you may enjoy at Bitcoin Hong Kong include Bitcoin content available on multiple indoor stages, the Bitcoin Store, and the dynamic expo hall!
Are passes refundable?
No, Bitcoin Hong Kong passes are non-refundable. However, they are transferable.

What time do doors open?
Doors typically open at 9 a.m. each day, and wearing your wristband is essential throughout the conference.
Pick up your wristband at Registration, or better yet, during our early check-in hours to seamlessly jump into the excitement.
What are the event hours of the conference?
The event typically runs from 9:00 to 17:00 each day.
Official hours will be shared closer to the event!
Who will be speaking at Bitcoin Hong Kong?
Our final lineup will be released closer to the event, and it will showcase hundreds of influential figures at the forefront of Bitcoin's future.

Will there be reserved seating at Bitcoin Hong Kong Events & Presentations?
Whale Pass holders enjoy the exclusive benefit of reserved seating at the conference, ensuring access to prime spots.
Otherwise, seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Which areas are recommended for accommodation?
We recommend staying in Wan Chai, Admiralty, or Causeway Bay—all within walking distance or one MTR stop from the venue.
Do I need a visa to attend Bitcoin Hong Kong? Do you provide invitation letters?
Hong Kong offers visa-free access to around 170 countries and regions.
If you require a visa, we provide Letters of Invitation for Pro Pass and Whale Pass holders only, which you can use in your visa application.
