Update Badge Information

Your badge is your introduction—make sure it says the right details!

Below is a step-by-step process for updating the information printed on your conference badge.

 

Log In to Get Started

To update this information, kindly log back into your account via our Ticketing platform. For ease, there is a direct link to it at the end of this article!

My Account Dashboard

Once you're logged back in, you will see your order(s) via the account dashboard.

To the far right you will find a "gear" symbol, which shows a dropdown menu after clicking on it. Please click on "Change Order". Screenshots below!

 

Here is when you'd be given the option to "Change Information" ...

 

Next, please click on "Change Order" and complete the following fields.
