Pass Confirmed: What’s Next?

Learn more about Pass process and on-site registration. 

Congratulations on securing your conference pass! Now more on what happens next and how to make the most of your conference experience. 😆

Step 1: Look Out for Your Confirmation Email

After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from:

no-reply@checkoutsecure. net

This email is your proof of purchase, so be sure to save it! While this confirmation email is a reference to your ticket purchase, your actual e-pass (QR codes) will be sent in a separate email closer to the event.

Step 2: Await Your E-pass (QR Code) and Join Code

Closer to the event you’ll receive another email (from a different sender) containing your e-pass.

Step 3: On-Site Registration

When you arrive at the conference, you’ll need to present your e-pass at the on-site registration desk. In exchange, you’ll receive your official conference wristband.

Wristbands are non-adjustable and must be worn visibly each day of the conference for entry.

Attendees who Pre-Register (usually onsite and the day before the conference begins) will already have their wristbands, allowing them to head straight into the conference on Day 1 without waiting in line.

Understanding Your Pass Access

Each pass grants access to specific conference days:

  • Whale Pass and PRO Pass holders: Access to Industry Day on Day 1, 2, & 3.
  • General Admission Pass holders: Access to Days 2 and 3.

We’ve made managing your conference experience even easier! Our upgraded ticketing platform includes a dashboard where attendees can view and manage their pass details.

For instance, attendees who purchased multiple passes can easily assign each member of their group a pass. This will also invite them to register to our ticketing platform.
