Bitcoin 2026 Check-In Walkthrough
Your very first stop!
What Check-In Actually Is: Check-In is the required process before entering the conference.
It takes place in person, in the designated Hall (before entering the conference), and is open throughout all three event days, April 27, 28, and 29, 2026, though check-in times will be announced closer to the event.
Quick Takeaways
- Check-In happens on-site between April 27–29, 2026.
- Early Check-In allows you to pick up your credentials (wristband and/or name badge) early. It's usually offered the day before the conference begins.
- Bring your e-pass (QR code), emailed to you ahead of the event.
- Your QR code will be scanned, and you’ll receive a cloth wristband, which becomes your official conference pass.
- Wristbands must be worn every day, at all times.
- Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
- Final check-in times will be shared by email, listed in FAQs, and posted in the official event app.
How the On-Site Process Works (Step-by-Step)
1. Arrive at Check-In
Signs and staff will guide you from the venue entrance to the designated check-in area.
2. Have Your E-Pass Ready
Ahead of the event, you’ll receive an email containing your e-pass (a QR code).
This serves as your digital ticket—save it to your phone for quick access.
3. Staff Scans Your QR Code
A team member will scan your e-pass to confirm your name and pass type.
4. Receive Your Cloth Wristband
Once scanned and approved, a cloth wristband will be placed on your wrist.
This wristband is your official conference pass and must remain on at all times.
5. Keep It On — Seriously.
- Lost wristbands = lost passes.
They will not be replaced if lost. - If a wristband becomes too tight or needs to be removed, you must bring the original wristband to Ticketing Support in Registration Hall to receive a replacement.
Without the removed wristband, a new one will not be issued.
Early Check-In: If you want a smoother first day with no extra waiting… this is the way!
Early Check-In is available before Day 1 of the conference: April 26th, 2026.
LOCATION: Designated area onsite (within the conference venue).
This allows you to pick up your wristband and badge early, so you can walk straight into the event the next morning.
Check-In Times
Official check-in hours will be:
