General Return Policy

All sales are final.

Orders are not eligible for return or refund unless the product you receive does not match the manufacturer’s product description in terms of quality or features. 

In other words, if the item you receive is as described on the product page, it typically cannot be returned.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the store team will work with you to make it right.

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    • If there is an issue, contact the store right away and include clear photos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.
      • The team will review your case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain item types are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
Always review the product description before purchasing to understand if any special conditions apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered in specific situations:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged

The team will review and, if approved, process your refund.


Exchanges (Size or Color)


At this time, the Bitcoin Magazine Store does not offer standard exchanges for size or color. 

If you are unsure which size to order:

Use the sizing charts found in the product description section of each item. 

Exception – Mislabelled Items

If an item you received was mislabelled (for example, the tag says a different size than what you ordered):

  • Contact support within one week of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item.

The team will either:

  • Send you a correct replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, depending on availability and the situation.
